At Surplus City Liquidators, we strive to provide the best value on home improvement and HVAC supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and has not been installed or modified in any way to qualify for a return.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it to our central liquidation warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for integrity, we will process your refund or store credit minus any applicable restocking fees within 5-7 business days.
